Adult Membership gives you access to all adult programs and class times including BJJ, No Gi, and Kickboxing.

Our most beginner-friendly times for jiu jitsu:

White Belt Workshop (BJJ) - Sun @ 10am

Gi BJJ - Mon, Weds, Fri @ 12pm and 6pm

Breakfast Club BJJ - Tues, Thurs @ 6am

Our most beginner-friendly times for kickboxing:

Striking fundamentals - Sat @ 11am

Striking - Tues, Thurs @ 1:30pm and 7:15pm

$100/mo for one child… $175/mo for two siblings

4-6 year old BJJ - Mon & Weds @ 4:15

7+ year old BJJ - Mon & Weds @ 5
